Education

He was born in Ordu in 1970. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Samsun. He completed Selçuk University State Conservatory Turkish Music Department in 2001. He finished his postgraduate education in Afyon Kocatepe University Social Sciences Institute Music Art Major. He finished doctorate and proficiency in art programs in Afyon Kocatepe University Social Sciences Institute Music Art Major in 2014.

Working Life

He started working as a lecturer in Afyon Kocatepe University State Conservatory in 2001. He carried out his task to be the head of State Conservatory Turkish Art Music Department Vocal Training Art Major between 2001-2003, and Conservatory vice principality between 2003-2007. He carried out general coordination and directorate tasks during the establishment of Afyonkarahisar Municipality State Conservatory. He was a member of Afyonkarahisar Municipality City Culture Council between 2006-2007. He was assigned as Dr Prelector in 2019. He took charge in board of management at different years in Afyon Kocatepe University State Conservatory. Still carrying out his task of being the head of Afyon Kocatepe University State Conservatory Turkish Art Music Department Vocal Training Art Major, Aktaş is married and father of Görkem and Berkay.

He has 8 articles, 2 books, 4 album studies, 3 artistic projects, 20 proclamations which are published and presented in national and international scientific assemblies and Collective publications.

Concerts

He participated in activities inland and abroad as a director of art, director of music, chief, director, soloist and choir member. He gave international concerts and represent Turkey notably in Germany, South Korea, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Greek, Hungary, Macedonia, Pakistan.
