Education
He was born in Kütahya in 1971. He completed his primary, secondary and high schools in Kütahya. He finished his university education in Uludağ University Education Faculty Music Teaching Department in 1993. He finished “Science Expertise” in Selçuk University in 1996 and doctorate in Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University Music Department. He started working as Asst. Prof. in Afyon Kocatepe University State Conservatory. He became Assoc. Prof. in 2010, and Prof. in 2017.
Working Life
He started working as a lecturer in Niğde University in 1993. He resigned from this mission in 2000. He was assigned as a music teacher to Kütahya and started working in Anatolian Fine Arts High School. He started working at Afyon Kocatepe University State Conservatory Music Department in 2006 as a Asst. Prof. He became Assoc. Prof. in 2010, and Prof. in 2017. Still working as the head of Music Department Music Education Art Major and headmaster pf Conservatory, he is father of three children.

Research Methods, Systematic Musicology Studies, Polyphony Implementations in Turkish Music, Social Psychology and Music.
Publications
Proclamations on music education and musicology in national and international scientific assemblies, articles in professional and referred journals, books on “musicology-music education, chamber music-orchestra, children songs are published.
