Education
He was born in Ankara in 1978. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara, in Private Fatoş Abla Collage. He started playing lute at the age of 9 and graduated from Selçuk University State Conservatory in 2001. At the same year, he started working as a Prelector in Afyon Kocatepe University State Conservatory and completed his postgraduate education in this institution.
Working Life
He gave concerts in over than 20 countries, was invited to national and international festivals, was seen worthy for awards in the field of lute performance. He was on a duty in administrative function in Afyon Kocatepe University State Conservatory and carried out many projects.
He was interested in voice record techniques since 2005 and constructed his own voice recording studio. He recorded nearly 30 albums in which he was music director, lute performer and tonemaister, and the albums were published by state institutions, universities, Municipalities or private institutions.
Assigned as “Voice expert” by Turkish Republic Presidency since 2017, Kaynarca carries on his studies as a Prelector in Afyon Kocatepe University.

He established Elhan Music Assembly in 2011, he gave many concerts with this assembly in land and abroad and recorded many albums.
