Education
He was born in Eskişehir in 1975. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Eskişehir. He completed Ege University State Turkish Music Conservatory in 2001. He completed Afyon Kocatepe University Social Sciences Institute Music Art Major Postgraduate Programme in 2010.
Working Life
He started working as a Prelector in Afyon Kocatepe University State Conservatory in 2002. He carried out his task to be the head of Afyon Kocatepe University State Conservatory Turkish Art Music Department Basic Sciences Art Major in a period. Still working in the same department as a Prelector, Soybilgen is married and has one child.
